Do any third party vendors have access to my user information?
External distributors or companies that
provide necessary services may have access to some of your information, but do
not have access to any of your Prizma test measurements or health history. For
example, a vendor which processes payment may have access but are required by
law to protect the information we share with them.

G Medical protects the information collected through the Prizma and your healthcare provider is responsible for protecting your information, as required by healthcare policy.
How do I see my test results?
Each test performed on the Prizma is displayed, tracked and stored on the Prizma App. These results may be viewed at any time. Prizma test results may also be stored and viewed on the user's account in the secure Prizma Personal Medical Portal.
