from the portal and share with loved ones. You can access the Prizma Portal at https://prizma.gmedinnovationsservices.com/home. You will be asked to enter
your Prizma login credentials (user name and password).

How do I see my test results?
Each test performed on the Prizma is displayed, tracked and stored on the Prizma App. These results may be viewed at any time. Prizma test results may also be stored and viewed on the user's account in the secure Prizma Personal Medical Portal.
